[Tessa wasn't one to dress up often, or enjoy the whisper of satin upon her skin. She didn't indulge, not really, not in the way of most women. But somehow this City brought out another side of her. And she had stolen something so new from that lingerie shop and brought it back to the office they, Francesco and she, had commandeered for the time being.

She would put it back- eventually. But for now, while in the candle lit room she was using as a bedroom, she carefully closes the front of the white corset with its red lace trimming. It was tight, stiff, and felt amazing upon her skin. She couldn't remember the last time she wore a corset- in her youth maybe? But nothing like this.

It was feminine and lovely. Strange. It wasn't like what women wore in their time. She twirls once to feel the weight of the bustle move with her. All that red fabric, sheer, and moving so slowly.]
